Portal Account Cancellation Agreement
The user shall read through following terms to understand and agree to the following matters before canceling the account from AMBRION SolarPlant Portal.
I. Conditions and Instructions for Cancellation
1. The account number applied for cancellation by the user shall be the one registered by the user in accordance with the User Registration Agreement and the Use Agreement applicable on AMBRION SolarPlant Portal (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Registration & Use Agreement”) and provided to the user by the company (SolarBOS Pty Ltd.). The user shall cancel the account after handling the relevant matters involved in the account according to the procedures specified by the company or the tips on AMBRION SolarPlant Portal. Please notice that once the application for cancellation of the account is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
2. All functions and services deployed on AMBRION SolarPlant Portal as well as the rights and obligations of both parties agreed in the Registration & Use Agreement will be terminated as a result of the cancellation of the account (except those that cannot be terminated according to other terms of this agreement or the Registration & Use Agreement or cannot be terminated according to its nature). At the same time, the following results may be caused:
(1) Users will not be able to log in to the AMBRION SolarPlant Portal with the canceled account;
(2) The user’s account information and personal details (including but not limited to user name, plant information, equipment information, power generation data and organisational relationship.) will be cleared, unrecoverable or retrieved, historical transactions cannot be refunded through the canceled account.
3. The account that the user applies for cancellation shall be the exclusive account of the user registered on the AMBRION SolarPlant Portal.
4. The account that the user applied for cancellation from the AMBRION SolarPlant Portal shall be in following status:
(1) The user’s account information and personal information are up-to-date, complete and correct, and such account is still applicable for all functions and services. Account information or user information that is outdated, missing, incorrect or frozen cannot be applied for cancellation.
(2) There is no unfinished O&M work order under such account;
(3) The user’s account must be bound with a secure mobile phone or email ID and the phone number and email ID must be valid to confirm the ownership of the user’s account.
(4) Before canceling the account, the user must first cancel the account information, organization or member information and unbind/remove equipment, plant and other associated accounts on the AMBRION SolarPlant Portal with the account.
5. The account applied for cancellation by the user shall be free from any unsettled contractual relationship caused by the cancellation of the account and other rights and obligations arising or maintained based on the existence of the account, and the company believes that the cancellation of the account will lead to disputes over the unsettled rights and obligations.
6. After review, when the user’s application for the cancellation does not meet the relevant cancellation conditions temporarily, the company will reject the application and inform the user of the relevant rejection instructions.
7. The cancellation of the account from the AMBRION SolarPlant Portal does not mean that behavior and related responsibilities bearded by the user before the cancellation of the account are exempted or mitigated.
8. If the account is successfully cancelled, it will not be restored.
II. Supplementary Provisions
1. The right to interpret and amend this agreement belongs to SolarBOS Pty Ltd.
